Here is a Summary of SuperNgoma'sTerms of Use:

  • You must be at least 13 years old to open a SuperNgoma account.
  • You are solely responsible for protecting your own account password and other account information
  • Unless you have an active SuperNgoma for Business account, SuperNgoma is for personal use only. That means you can't play SuperNgoma for the patrons in your bar, coffee shop, etc.
  • You can't use SuperNgoma to steal music or other content, and you have to listen to it through or on a device officially supported by SuperNgoma.
  • Do not use SuperNgoma if you do not agree to the Terms of Use described below. Your use of SuperNgoma means you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. We May Modify These Terms From Time To Time.

Sometimes changes in the law or changes in the relationships between SuperNgoma and our third party vendors will require us to modify these terms of use, which we may do from time to time. If we do, we will post a copy of the amended Agreement at http://www.superngoma/legal/. If you do not agree to, or cannot comply with, the Agreement as amended, you must stop using the SuperNgoma Services or, if applicable, cancel your SuperNgoma Service subscription. You will be deemed to have accepted the Agreement as amended if you continue to use any of the SuperNgoma Services after any amendments are posted on the Site.
